●NFL Flag Football is not tackle, and does not require weight limits or equipment such as helmets and shoulder pads.
●All teams are co-ed.
●Your child's grade in school does NOT matter, this is strictly an AGE division. Players may be allowed to play up if needed. A player playing down will be considered on a case by case basis with league approval only. Age cutoff and divisions are as follows:

For local season play*, your child's age on June 1, 2018 is your season/division age.

🏈13-14 yo (if we get enough interest)

🥇🏆*There are Regional and National competitions available beginning in December. If a team wants to participate, the official age cut off is July 31, 2018 for their divisions. We may look at forming All Star Teams as well if there are coaches and teams interested. This is not mandatory.🏆🥇

📰Dates:
●01/27/18-Sign ups open, online registration (no payments due at this time.)
●February-Sign up events at various locations, information will be sent as soon as we get it. Payments can be made in person at this time, if not already submitted to your coach.
●03/01/18-Practices/scrimmages may begin (dates and locations determined by coaches)
●03/10/18-late reminder for fees and new sign ups.
●03/15/18-All outstanding fees are due, rosters close. There will be no refunds issued after this date as all equipment is ordered.
●03/30/18-Schedule in final stage to be sent out (Saturday games).
●04/07/18-Opening game day
The season is a proposed 8 weeks of games, ending Memorial Day weekend. This is subject to change. (It could go into June if warranted).

💳Fees are $65. Includes NFL Flag reversible jersey, flag belt, field and referee expenses & health & accident insurance. All uniform and flags are yours to keep!😄
💳Electronic payments are being set up for those wishing to use Paypal, debit/credit cards etc. Checks can be made payable to Lubbock NFL Flag. Always get a receipt!
💳Payment plans are available, just ask.
📆All practice dates and times will be set by the head coach for individual team.
📒A copy of your child's birth certificate will be required, and due by March 15 along with outstanding payments.
🚩Any additional uniforms including matching shorts, socks, t-shirts etc., may be organized by the individual teams, and are not included or required by the the League Fees paid. The League does not require any additional uniform beyond the jerseys provided. We do recommend cleats and mouthpieces during gameplay, but you will not be penalized for not having them.
💲Fundraising, sponsorships etc may also be set up by the teams for their needs, and all financials for such will be the up to the team.
🍕The NFL Flag League will hold concessions at the games, and will use funds for expenses not covered by the fees charged.
🎫There will be NO GATE FEES for game entry.
Coaches will have badges for identification purposes, provided by the League.
🏅If you want to coach and bring a team of kids, or coach the free agents as assigned, let us know. We NEED all the coaches and volunteers we can get.
👫All players who sign up as individual "Free Agents" will be assigned to a team during the closing of registration, March 15 2018. If you have a coach or team already committed to play, and you want to be in that team, enter that info on the website. If you signed up as a free agent, and later found a team to be on, just send us an email so we can update the records.
🖤💛Always remember, this is a youth sport. We want all parents to encourage and root for you team all day long....with dignity and respect 😉. We ask that everyone keep that in mind on game days as well as on social media.
